Laundry:
CHF 25.00 per person. All further loundrychanges will be charged at CHF 25.00. Included in the loundryis bed linen, towels and dish towels. These are obligatory and part of the contract..
Visitors tax:
Charged according the local rate, per person and per day.
All the apartments are equipped with radio, colour TV, direct dial telephone and balcony to the south the 2- and 3-room apartments have a dish washer as well. All the apartments have a coffee machine and enough dishes and cupboards equivalent to the number of persons. The apartments are equipped with nice furniture and cupboard beds.
The house has a large ski room. Washing machine and dryer, can be used on Wednesday and Thursday morning. Free parking space is in front of the building, garages can be rented on request.
In the Central Sporthotel Davos, which is located directly next door, you can treat yourself in the Central Wellness department, where you will find our indoor swimming pool, bio- and Finnish sauna and steam bath. Solarium and massage are available at extra charge.
In our à la carte Restaurant Bündnerstübli we serve you excellent dishes in a casually elegant atmosphere. In the Piano Bar you will be entertained every day with live music from the hotel’s pianist during your aperitif or your after dinner drink.
The apartmenthouse is locaded centrally in a residential area of Davos Platz. The famous icestadium is next door and within a short walking distance you will find the cable lifts that take you to the surrounding mountains. With the free guest card you can discover the wonderful Davos area by bus.

| For reservation in the month January we require the Deposit until 30th September 2010 |
| For reservation in the month February we require the Deposit until 31st October 2010 |
| For reservation in the month March we require the Deposit until 30th November 2009 |
| For reservation in the month April we require the Deposit until 31st December 2010 |

In case we didn’t receive the deposit until the above mentioned dates, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. You can pay this Deposit to our Bank account at the UBS, account number 555.269.01M in Davos Platz.

| In case of cancellation of the apartment, after we received the deposit, we will keep this deposit in favour or the hotel because of the administration cost. Unfortunately we can’t accept any exceptions. |
