The fine art of flambéing is a passion of our head waiter Renato Bellini. The calf’s kidneys with cognac, fish fillets with pastis or jumbo shrimps with whisky are special delicacies
The Central Restaurant Bündnerstübli with its wooden furniture and cushy corner sitting units is a comfortable and yet elegant location. The aromatic kitchen of our Chef Franck Querville and the flambeés of our head waiter Renato Bellini are known all over town. And the sweet, tender and aerial desserts of our Chef patissier Gerhard Humer are legendary.
In the “Bündnerstübli” we also like to welcome guests to a banquet, a birthday or anniversary dinner, and particularly to a glamorous wedding.
For lunch we quickly serve a light business or holiday lunch but also larger meals for special occasions. Nowhere could you better linger, celebrate and enjoy.
